We wanted to give a shout out to our friend and Harlem insider DJ Stormin Norman for entertaining us all summer (and for the last 5 summers) with his Sundae Sermon. The event is a feel good Sunday afternoon gathering of Harlemites and visitors from all over the city who come for the great music, the company and of course the community service. From AIDS awareness, to celebrating fathers, to healthcare and the upcoming voter registration day on Sunday, Norman always uses the occasion to provide the community with useful and important information. So we say thanks Norman!

The next Sundae Sermon is Sunday, September 9, from 2 – 7 pm at 114th and Morningside Park. DJs Louie Vega and Kevin Hedge will be spinning. Bring out your picnic baskets and have a great time dancing under the sun!
